Wheel Of Life Self-Assessment Survey

In our hectic lives, it’s often difficult to gauge our feelings. This exercise offers an immediate insight into what aspects of your life are thriving and which ones might need more attention.  Self awareness is the first stepping stone for personal growth.

Before diving into the Wheel of Life exercise, I invite you to adopt these guiding principles:

  1. Adopt the Mindset of a Scientist:  Approach this exercise with an observational mindset, free from judgment and full of curiosity.
  2. Release Judgments:  Remember, there is no right or wrong answers, no good or bad outcomes – everything simply is.  Let go of any attached emotions.
  3. Maintain Curiosity:  If negative thoughts or emotions arise, gently shake them off and refocus on being the inquisitive, non-judgmental scientist.
